Additional charges
Final cleaning, registration, tourist taxes and any pet charges are extra and are confirmed with your offer. Children’s tourist-tax age bands are also confirmed with your offer.

Minimum stay
July & August: a minimum stay of 3 nights.
May, June & September: no minimum stay requirement — you can book from just one night.
Payments
A 50% deposit is payable by bank transfer within 2 working days of making your reservation. Bank details will be emailed to you after you confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance is paid in cash to our representative on site.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 14 days before your arrival and your deposit will be refunded in full to your bank account.
For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
